"This is the first time that I have used this company. I have heard the radio commercials for years!!! After moving into my Mom's old house we decided to get the carpets and tile cleaned. The whole process was very easy and professional. From the call center that took my call and scheduled my appointment to the technician Bret that came out and cleaned my carpets and tile. I was updated and reminded about my upcoming appointment through emails and text messages. Bret the technician was 5 stars all the way. He gave me a heads up when he was about 30 minutes away. Bret also recommended that I get my tiles 'Sealed' to ensure that my tiles stayed cleaned longer. The wife is happy, which makes me VERY HAPPY…PapaSurf said that"

"My carpets are wonderful! My stairs and upstairs carpets transformed in to a land of cleanliness and peace of mind. My carpets no longer have stains and where there was cat spray (behind my son's room door) looks to be completely gone. My stairs carpet smells amazing and the stairs themselves looks better than when we moved in. Brett really took care of us and his boss is really nice and accommodating as well. They are also really affordable (we have paid waay more for carpets and rugs in the past) and they took 2 rugs to be cleaned throughly with them (and are returning them) for less price than we have paid a cleaning service for 1 rug."

"I hate to leave a review like this based on the actions of one person but this needs to be heard. Today around 4:30pm I was driving down 3rd street In Jax beach when I witnessed one of your vans driving erratically. He was weaving in and out of cars, cutting people off with no blinker, and nearly caused many accidents. He had no regard for those around him, or the safety of others. For context on how bad it was, I've never written a business a review because of how someone was driving."
